Digital Marketing Manager

Kelly Wearstler is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join the Digital team. This role is responsible for the planning and execution of our digital marketing strategy across our Social channels, Email, and Paid. This role is dynamic with a broad set of responsibilities and will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally across Digital, Ecommerce, Creative, Technology, Product and Analytics.


Customer marketing journey across Social, Email, and Paid

  • Own the customer marketing journey to nurture audiences from awareness to conversion across Email, Paid, SEO, and Social
  • Optimize Email strategy to determine ongoing cadence, content, segmentation, and conduct A/B tests to measure efficacy and engagement
  • Manage the balance of presenting the brand through highest quality content and also driving conversion to achieve the brand’s commercial goals
  • Collaborate with the Ecommerce Manager and partner agencies on Paid media campaigns and measure ROAS, CPAs, etc.
  • Partner with Creative on asset creation across all channels
  • Set overall KPIs, analyze performance, and report on progress

Social media channel strategy and execution

  • Own content planning, execution and reporting across all social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok)
  • Manage Shop accounts on both Instagram and Pinterest

Desired skills & experiences

  • 4+ years in Digital marketing at an ecommerce company
  • In-depth knowledge of the latest best practices, tools, and trends on social media platforms, as well as sponsored/partner content protocols (Instagram, Instagram Stories, IGTV, Instagram Live, TikTok, FB/FB Live, Pinterest, Twitter, etc.)
  • Experience working with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics
  • Experience with web analytics, A/B testing and email marketing
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft office applications, including intermediate capabilities with Excel (can perform complex functions)
  • Experience with the mechanics of PPC advertising, keywords, bidding, and experience, with hands-on work with Google Ads SEM tools Experience in SEO, PLA, and non-Google platforms a strong plus
  • Passion for design and lifestyle brands
