Architectural Designer

Kelly Wearstler is looking for a very talented Architectural Designer with experience in luxury hotels, restaurants and high-end residential projects.
As an Architectural Designer you will participate in all project phases and own production of relevant documentation to execute design at a high level. You should be proficient in AutoCAD, Rhino, or Revit, have a knowledge of materials, assemblies and best practices for interior details and construction. Experience in construction administration and some history of completed work a plus.
Duties
- Work collaboratively across multiple design projects end-to-end across luxury hospitality, commercial and high-end residential; own specific work streams end to end within each project.
- Develop drawing and specification packages, and produce accurate documentation as needed in schematic design, design development, construction documentation phases.
- Coordinate with FF&E and various design teams to produce plans, elevations, and details in order to ensure design intent is incorporated into documentation packages.
- Assist with material selection, produce specifications, and review contractor submittals for conformance to design intent.
- Assist with the development of office documentation standards and practices.
- Participate in project coordination, construction administration, site visits, and maintain quality control during construction as needed.
- Collaborate seamlessly with clients, as well as other designers, architects, contractors, fabricators, artisans, and developers on multiple projects.
Desired Skills & Experience
- 5+ years relevant experience with Interior Design/Architecture education and background
- Strong management skills with ability to multitask, all from design inception to completion in all design phases
- Refined production skills with proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino, and/or Revit
- Ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced environment
- Experience in construction administration a plus
Base Salary
- $70,000/yr - $110,000/yr

Senior Project Architect

The ideal candidate is strong leader and has proven success in managing multiple large-scale design projects end-to-end. Passion and elevated taste level is a must!
Duties
- Manage multiple design projects end-to-end across luxury hospitality, commercial and private residential; act as main point of contact for projects
- Lead design development, drawing and documentation of projects during the design as well as management of the scope, schedule and budget during construction. This includes coordination with clients, contractors and fabricators
- Oversee submission of budgets and drawing sets, including but not limited to, specifications, technical production and basic code knowledge
- Scope and plan project milestones and timelines; ensure timely delivery of project deliverables
- Lead, motivate, and collaborate with teams; identify and execute on professional development opportunities for team members
- Responsible for management of design team requirements, including resource planning
- Collaborate with artists and artisans on custom works and projects
Desired Skills & Experience
- 8+ years experience with Interior Design/Architecture education and background
- Proven track record of managing multiple design projects end-to-end
- Ability to originate concepts, and be the design lead for teams putting numerous projects together
- Strong leadership/management skills with ability to multitask, all from design inception to completion in all design phases
- Refined presentation skills with experience Autocad, Photoshop and Microsoft Office Proficient
- Applicant must have substantial CA experience (submittal, RFI, ASI/IDSK review/response and consultant coordination)
- Willing to travel (domestic and international)

Duties
- Source materials, furniture, vintage pieces and art across projects both domestically and internationally
- Manage processes for material sourcing and specification, custom furniture design, visual research, furniture sourcing, graphic and visual presentations
- Monitor and deliver client presentations according to project timelines, as well as maintain project budgets
- Create project documentation including the submission of budgets and FF&E proposals
- Collaborate seamlessly with clients, as well as other designers, architects, contractors, fabricators, artisans, and developers on multiple projects
- Collaborate with artists and artisans on custom works and projects
Desired Skills & Experience
- 8-10 years of experience in interiors or architecture and a degree from an accredited school
- Passion for design and an eye for detail

You’ll collaborate with teams across our Studio, pitch and build relationships with key media, devise and implement brand and product campaigns, and drive the overarching story of our brand. This is a critical leadership role that will drive impact across the full marketing funnel from brand awareness to sales conversion.
Duties
- Develop and execute brand and PR strategy, identifying short and long-term metrics and goals
- Work with media, brand and agency partners to secure editorial and product coverage across digital and print
- Define marketing strategy to meet brand and sales, driving product launches and seasonal campaigns
- Partner with our brand and licensing partners to support marketing efforts ensuring on-brand messaging and achievement of performance goals
- Manage activations end-to end, including photoshoots and the social media calendar
