Returns & Exchanges Policy
In-stock items normally ship within 5-7 business days after an order has been placed. Once an item has shipped, cancellation is not possible. Furniture, Custom and Special Order items cannot be cancelled.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or accept exchanges. We do not accept request for cancellation of orders made online or pursuant to written purchase orders unless we confirm that the item purchased is defective as set forth herein. In no event, even if an item is defective, shall we accept returns of any used or installed product (unless installation was required to confirm defectiveness).
