Returns & Exchanges Policy

Please inspect your purchase immediately upon delivery. If there is a problem with your order, contact us at 1-855-295-3559 within three (3) days of receipt. You may also contact us on LIVE CHAT or at . If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, we will work with you to make things right.

In-stock items normally ship within 24–48 hours after an order has been placed. Once an item has shipped, cancellation is not possible. Furniture, Custom and Special Order items cannot be cancelled.

Item not eligible for refunds or exchanges

The following are final sale, and not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Furniture, wallpaper, fabric, Superluxe collection, art, candles, perfumes, custom orders, sale items, and all marble products.

Items eligible for exchanges

We allow for exchanges or a return for store credit on: Home decor (marble excluded) if unopened and in original packaging.

Items eligible for returns

We allow for returns on Lighting, subject to a 35% restocking fee. Lighting must be returned in the factory carton packed exactly as it was shipped, otherwise returns will not be accepted. Installed, customized, or rewired lighting is not eligible for return.

If you wish to return an item listed above, you will be responsible for outbound and return shipping and delivery charges. A traceable return shipping method is required (FedEx, UPS, etc) Returns must be received in original condition and in the original packaging within 30 days. Credit card orders will receive refunds in the form of a credit back to the original account. Shipping and Delivery Service charges are not refundable.

Requests for price adjustments will be honored if the merchandise was purchased at full price and if it is marked down within 14 days of receipt of your package.
