The latest rug collection, Crescendo, draws inspiration from music and explores the interplay between geometric forms and organic shapes, creating visual movement akin to musical rhythm. A diverse library of natural materials, including the finest wool, silk, nettle and linen have been hand knotted by artisanal weavers in Nepal, using a combination of traditional techniques that add a sculptural quality. Each design presents refined yet bold, merging raw materials and intricate artistry, creating pieces that are both visually striking and tactically engaging.
Runa showcases various tonal squares layered upon one another to create a trompe l’oeil effect. Each block has been hand knotted by exceptional weavers in Nepal using the finest silk that sings against a Tibetan wool base. Available in two colorways, Runa Clay features a warm, neutral palette that spans from terracotta tones to light apricot, whereas, as its name implies, Runa Pistachio presents a spectrum of green hues.
