Fabric, Upholstery & Customization
Each upholstered piece is offered in a curated range of signature bouclés and a select group of Kelly Wearstler prints, chosen by Kelly to best complement each design. The available fabrics are shown directly on each product page.
We no longer accept Customer's Own Material (COM) on upholstered pieces. To keep our craftsmanship consistent and lead times reliable, every piece is made in one of our curated fabrics shown on the product page.
Each upholstered design is presented in the fabrics Kelly feels showcase it best. A focused, considered edit keeps every piece true to the way it was envisioned and allows us to deliver it without delays.
Leather is available on select upholstered pieces. Availability is noted on each product page.
We offer samples for select materials on request. Some of our mill-direct bouclés are made in limited runs and may not be available as samples. To check sample availability for a specific fabric, contact our sales team at sales@kellywearstler.com.
Fabric, Wallpaper & Partner Brands
The complete Kelly Wearstler fabric and wallpaper collection is available through our partner Lee Jofa. From any fabric or wallpaper page on our site, you'll be linked directly to Lee Jofa to view and order. Trade members can access their trade pricing by ordering through their Lee Jofa account.

Products & Availability
We've recently refined our collection to a focused edit of signature pieces. A design you saw may have been retired from our current catalog.
Kelly Wearstler pieces are handcrafted by skilled artisans using premium, often rare or specially sourced materials. Our signature finishes result in natural variations, making each piece unique. Because of this and variations between screens, actual colors, textures, and finishes may differ slightly from what you see online.

No. Slight variations in color, grain, or finish are inherent to our handcrafted process and are not defects — they're part of what makes each piece one-of-a-kind.
Shipping & Delivery
In-stock furniture typically ships within 2–3 weeks of order placement. In-stock accessories ship within 3–5 business days. Made-to-order pieces have standard lead times of 16–20 weeks, subject to change based on artisan craftsmanship, materials availability, and seasonal variations. Lead times begin once finishes, dimensions, and any required approvals are confirmed. Please contact our concierge team before purchasing if you have specific timing requirements.

We'll communicate any significant change to your estimated delivery date as soon as possible.
Shipping is the Buyer's responsibility. We offer white glove delivery to select regions worldwide for an additional fee. Contact our sales team at sales@kellywearstler.com to discuss options and availability for your location.
We offer white glove delivery: professional in-home delivery, unpacking and assembly, placement in your desired location, and removal of all packaging. The space must be clear and clean prior to delivery — our delivery team does not move existing furniture. Please share any special instructions (loading dock, elevator size, building floor) in advance to ensure a smooth delivery.
Please measure doorways, hallways, elevators, and stairways to confirm your piece will fit. We recommend sharing any special access instructions with our concierge team before delivery.
If you're unable to receive your order, a 5% monthly storage fee applies after 30 days of order availability. Contact our concierge team to reschedule.
Yes. For international orders, additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply and are the Buyer's responsibility. Contact our sales team at sales@kellywearstler.com to discuss options for your location.
Orders & Payment

For custom orders, changes may incur additional fees and extend lead times, and orders are non-refundable after 48 hours. For standard orders, contact our concierge team at concierge@kellywearstler.com as soon as possible — options vary by product category and order status.
We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and checks (wire transfer fees are the Buyer's responsibility). For lighting, decor, accessories, and partner-brand orders, full payment is due at order placement. For furniture, a 50% deposit is due at placement, with the balance (including taxes and shipping) due before shipping. Custom orders require full payment at placement and are non-refundable after 48 hours.

Ownership transfers upon carrier possession. Damage claims must be filed within 48 hours of receipt. Contact our concierge team immediately at concierge@kellywearstler.com to report damage and start a claim.
Returns
Return policies vary by category: FURNITURE — final sale and non-returnable (includes seating, tables, case goods, and outdoor furniture). LIGHTING — returnable within 14 days of delivery, subject to a 25% restocking fee plus shipping. Items must be in original, unopened condition. DECOR & ACCESSORIES — returnable within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange, subject to a 20% restocking fee plus shipping. Items must be in original condition.
