In-stock furniture pieces typically ship within 2-3 weeks of order placement. In-stock accessories ship within 3-5 business days. For made-to-order items, our standard lead times are 16-20 weeks, subject to change based on artisan craftsmanship, limited materials availability, and seasonal variations. Lead times begin upon receipt of finish confirmations, dimensions, COM/COL, graded-in fabric, or approval of submittals. Returns

Return policies vary by product category: FURNITURE - All furniture items are final sale and non-returnable. LIGHTING - May be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to a 25% restocking fee plus shipping costs. Items must be in original, unopened condition. DECOR & ACCESSORIES - May be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange. A 20% restocking fee applies, plus shipping costs. Items must be in original condition. We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and checks. Wire transfer fees are the Buyer's responsibility.

Payment requirements vary by product category: LIGHTING, DECOR, ACCESSORIES, FABRIC & WALLPAPER - Full payment, including taxes and shipping, is required at the time of order placement. FURNITURE - A 50% deposit is required at the time of order placement. The remaining balance, including taxes and shipping, is due prior to shipping. Orders will not be shipped until full payment is received.

Custom orders require full payment at placement and are non-refundable after 48 hours. Changes may incur additional fees and extend lead times.
