SALES ASSOCIATE

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Full Time Sales Associate for the Flagship Boutique. Sales Associates are responsible for providing exceptional customer service, drive sales volume through personal sales, establishing and maintaining customer relationships, and maintaining the day to day operations of the store. Candidates must be able to work well under pressure and have strong sense of urgency and enthusiasm. All candidates must be able to embody the Kelly Wearstler brand image and uphold the excellence that her name is associated with.

Job Requirements

· A minimum of 2-3 years of Luxury or Mid-Level Luxury retail experience required for this position.
· Drive to meet and exceed goals consistently
· Outstanding customer service skills
· Ability to work independently and have an “entrepreneurial spirit”
· Familiar with Melrose clientele
· Self-motivated
· Team player / “can do” attitude
· Strong communication skills both written and verbal
· Strong/transferable client book
· Ability to successfully operate in a high pace environment
· Basic understanding of operating social media programs such as Twitter and Instagram
· Interiors knowledge is a plus
