Created in collaboration with Æquo Gallery, the Lahar collection marks Kelly Wearstler’s first exploration of Indian craftsmanship. Developed with master artisans in India, each piece is built around a monumental cast bronze grid, meticulously inlaid with hundreds of hand-shaped enamel elements. Subtle variations in color, texture, and finish ensure every work is singular. Lahar reflects a dialogue between Los Angeles and Mumbai, where structure, material intensity, and artisanal mastery converge in a bold expression of contemporary design rooted in tradition.

The Lahar Bar Cabinet elevates the ritual of gathering and serving into an act of reverence. Its cast bronze grid envelops the form entirely, with hand-shaped enamel pieces wrapping the exterior in a mosaic of subtle variation. Within, the cabinet offers storage for bottles, glassware, and accoutrements, function contained within a shell of pure craft.
