We are seeking a high-agency Strategic Partnerships & Operations Manager to drive strategic partnerships and support key operational execution across the studio. This role leads business development with luxury brands, closes and manages collaborations end-to-end, and builds the systems that make partnerships scalable. The role is approximately 60% partnerships and 40% strategic operations/cross-functional execution in support of the Chief of Staff.

You'll move fluidly between relationship-building, dealmaking, and execution - driving results while creating structure behind the scenes. The ideal candidate is highly organized, resourceful, AI-forward, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced creative environment.

Responsibilities
  • Partnerships & Business Development (Primary Focus)
  • Own the strategic partnerships channel end-to-end: sourcing → pitching → negotiation → contract signature → partnership execution
  • Drive growth through new partnerships, renewals, and expansion opportunities

Responsibilities
  • Work alongside the Creative team to help define and maintain visual brand identity
  • Own and maintain an accurate and current library of brand assets including typography, colors, presentation templates, etc.
  • Design and create on-brand digital and print creative including but not limited to emails, social media assets, packaging, stationery, etc.
  • Collaborate with Digital Product Manager to design and update UX flow and content on digital channels including website
  • Mock-up and resize content on the website including but not limited to homepages, landing pages and product pages

Key Responsibilities

This role will manage day-to-day content operations, optimize performance through data-driven decision-making, and drive revenue through affiliate integrations and strategic content execution. You will oversee execution across all Kelly Wearstler social platforms - including Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Substack (WEARSTLERWORLD), and affiliate commerce integrations - while collaborating closely with our content producer, creative team, and cross-functional partners in PR, E-commerce, and Partnerships.

Duties
  • Manage multiple design projects end-to-end across luxury hospitality, commercial and private residential sectors
  • Lead design development, drawing and documentation of projects during the design as well as manage the scope, schedule, and budget during construction.
