Interior Designer
Kelly Wearstler is looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Designer who works well independently and with teams. The Designer will assist the design team with overseeing and managing long-term, high-end residential and hospitality projects from concept through procurement and installation.

Desired Skills & Experience: 4-6 years experience in interiors or architecture and a degree from an accredited school of interior design or architecture. Responsible for developing finish, appliance, hardware and plumbing schdules. Assist with preparing client presentations. Tracking, ordering, and processing purchase orders and maintaining budgets for multiple vendors and clients. Sourcing and overseeing bespoke furniture design, fabrics, lighting, art, and finishes. Create detailed FFE specifications. Assist with creating drawing sets, in coordination with the senior designer and architect. Must have strong AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Microsoft Office, SketchUp, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Acrobat skills. LEED accreditation a plus.
Project Architect/Interior Designer
Kelly Wearstler Design is looking for a talented Architect or Interior Designer with luxury, hotels, restaurant and high-end residential experience to join our talented team. The ideal candidate would be a creative, self-motivating and meticulous individual that is willing to embark on amazing projects and a rewarding professional experience.

Duties Include:
Exhibits understanding of the firm's design philosophy.
Project Leadership on Interior Design, including lead of in house team, Project consultants, and Client.
Exhibit strong communication skills with relation to client interaction.
Ability to produce complete construction drawings.
Coordinate with outside consultants and vendors.
Have a good understanding of interior finishes, materials, furniture, lighting, fixtures, and F, F & E schedules and budgets for hospitality and residential projects.
Proficiency in millwork detailing and specifications and reviewing shop drawings
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Desired Skills & Experience:
Highly proficient in Autocad and Revit.
Minimum of 4-5 years of professional working experience.

Product Designer
Seeking a highly motivated Product Designer with a strong design foundation with an elevated sensibility. This designer with proven experience can design from concept through production working closely with a Creative Director. Candidate will be responsible for creating products, working with team to extend existing and generate new business. Interested candidates should work well in a flat organization, and excel at communicating with individuals across a diverse range of disciplines.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Work closely with internal and external production teams to resolve issues and maintain quality of creative deliverables
Ensure final mechanicals are accurate and error free, including file construction, organization and prepping of files for printing
Participate in research and development of seasonal trends
Assist in product presentations, including boards, tear sheets and samples
Prepare and finalize technical drawings of proposed product to be used for production
Manage and maintain design assets and archives to maximize efficient location and retrieval by in-house artists

Furniture Designer
Kelly Wearstler is looking for an energetic, detail oriented furniture and product designer who works well independently and with teams. This person will assist both the furniture and home departments and must have the ability to multi task and work on several different types of projects at one time.

Duties Include:
- Product development. ie. participate in group design charrettes where designs concepts are started with free hand sketching.
- AutoCAD - create orthographic drawings for furniture and home accessories.
- Manage production schedule for local, out of state and international manufacturers.
- Assist the senior furniture designer with production meetings with outside vendors.
- Lay out floor plans in AutoCAD for our domestic and international showrooms where are furniture collection is presented.
- Interior renderings in Photoshop
- Create 3D computer models of furniture using SketchUp
- Create Excel spreadsheets for furniture specifications and market orders
- Assist with tracking and processing purchase orders for vendors and clients and organization of the samples libraries

Desired Skills & Experience: 1-4 years experience. Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply. Must have strong AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, Excel Proficient skills. Sales Associate
The Sales Associate is responsible for driving sales by offering an exceptional luxury experience in the Flagship Boutique for clients. The Sales Associate will also go out to visit local designers and residential clients to bring the Kelly Wearstler experience to the clients office or home.

Duties include:

Inventory Coordinator
The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for maintaining a high level of inventory accuracy and integrity within the facility. Managing the inventory control function at our Flagship Boutique and responsible for overseeing physical inventories/cycle counts/random or receipt audits/reconciliations.

Duties include:
- Processing all ecommerce orders.
- Monitoring and controlling inventory integrity.
- Maintaining product identification and location program.
- Researching inventory discrepancies and making necessary corrections.
- Responsible for overseeing physical inventories/cycle counts/random or receipt audits/reconciliations.
- Tracking, and reporting non-conforming product.
- Resolving inventory problems in a timely manner.
- Receiving and accepting all shipments and deliveries.
- Price and label new stock put out on the sales floor.

- Help reconcile any store inventory negatives by conducting cycle counts regularly.
- Coordinate and Integrate efforts across operational departments to enhance inventory accuracy.

Graphic Design Intern
Kelly Wearstler is looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Design Intern who works well independently and with teams. Get mentoring and first hand experience in all aspects of visually representing a brand, with particular emphasis on blogging and social media. Assist with designing for web and print, basic web coding, retouching and strategic marketing. Generate compelling content for our robust social media outlets and design blog along side of a supportive team of creative professionals.

Furniture Production Intern
We seek a detail oriented individual who can support our production furniture department and act as a liaison between our showroom’s daily operations by maintaining our sample and swatch program, assist in day to day production needs with our local manufacturing partners. This includes weekly work room visits and drop offs.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage in-house sample department
- PDF inquiries. i.e. order status, stock checks and memo requests from license partners
- Request samples from open lines
- Support Outside Sales Associate outreach by mailing samples and memo requests for library updates
- Fill all online sample requests
- Order inventory for showroom samples
- Maintain slat wall on showroom floor, keep self-service drawers full and organized, maintain and remove discontinued items
- Attain email addresses for showroom account list
- Keep sample department neat and organized
- File shipped orders
- Help manage the production schedule
- Assist in tracking furniture through production to meet lead times
- Make local vendor visits to inspect furniture production and distribute parts and materials

Desired Skills & Experience:
- Driver's License and Car required
- Organized and personable with excellent phone and computer skills
- 1+ year experience in the wallcovering or textile industry
- HS Diploma or GED required
- Interior design, product sales experience in a commission environment
