Kelly Wearstler is committed to making our website usable by as many people as possible, including people who browse with screen readers, keyboard navigation, screen magnification, voice control, or other assistive technology.

Good design should not exclude anyone. Accessibility is an ongoing process, and we continuously evaluate and improve our site.

Our accessibility framework

In designing and building this site, we have used the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2, Level AA, as a reference framework. WCAG is an internationally recognized set of guidelines published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) for improving web accessibility. Our goal is to provide an experience that is usable by as many people as possible, including people who rely on assistive technology.

Our work is ongoing. Below, we identify areas where we are actively working to enhance the user experience, and we are continuing to address them.

What we have done

In building this version of the site we have:

• designed and built the site with WCAG 2.2 Level AA as our target
• tested using a combination of automated tools and manual checks, including navigating the site using only a keyboard
• checked the labels that screen readers read out as you shop and use the cart, so that buttons and links describe what they actually do
• made sure that animations on the site respect your device’s reduced motion setting, if you have one turned on
• asked our build agency to document the accessibility issues they are aware of, so that we can publish them here and work through them

Our ongoing commitment

Kelly Wearstler is committed to making accessibility a continuing priority. We have engaged qualified accessibility professionals to assess our website and have implemented a process for identifying and remediating accessibility barriers on an ongoing basis. We incorporate accessibility considerations into the design, development, and content creation processes for new pages and features. We view accessibility as an ongoing effort, not a one-time project, and we are committed to maintaining and improving the accessibility of this site over time.

Kelly Wearstler has designated an accessibility coordinator to oversee our digital accessibility efforts and respond to accessibility-related inquiries.

Known limitations

We are aware of the following areas for improvement and are actively working on them:

• Some text is placed over photography and video. Where the image behind it is light or busy, that text can be harder to read than we would like.
• Some product images do not yet have written descriptions, so a screen reader may not be able to describe them.
• Some links and buttons use general wording such as “Discover more”, which may not make sense when read on its own, away from the surrounding text.
• Some text on the site is set at small sizes, and we are reviewing it.
• Some videos do not have captions.

When accessibility issues are identified — whether through our own testing, user feedback, or third-party assessments — we evaluate and prioritize them for remediation. We address issues based on their impact on user experience and work to resolve them in a timely manner. Our development team integrates accessibility remediation into its regular release cycle.

Features provided by other companies

Some features on this website are provided by third-party service providers, including our checkout (operated by Shopify), cookie notice, customer service chat, and email sign-up. We work with our third-party providers to promote accessibility in the features they supply.

Because we do not control the underlying code of these third-party tools, some elements may not fully conform to our accessibility goals. If you have difficulty using any third-party feature on our site, including completing a purchase, please contact us directly and we will assist you.

We endeavor to respond to accessibility feedback within two (2) business days. If there is content on this site that you are unable to access, please let us know and we will provide the information to you through an alternative means.

How this site was assessed

This website was assessed by Numbered, with testing completed on 17 August 2026.

The assessment tested the site against WCAG 2.2 Level AA. It used automated testing tools across all pages, together with manual checks on every page. These included navigating the site using only a keyboard, reviewing the labels that screen readers read out on the shopping and cart journey, and checking that animations respect reduced motion settings.

Testing tells us where to look; it does not make a site accessible on its own. Further, testing may not immediately identify all issues. The issues identified through testing that we have not yet resolved are the ones listed above.

This statement was prepared on August 27, 2026 and last reviewed on August 27, 2026. We review and update this statement periodically as we make improvements to the site and at least annually.
